Paul Zarubin
President

Paul was born and raised in San Francisco. Through
scouting he developed a love for the mountains, and in 1975, after his service in the Navy,
he made the move to Truckee. Paul started working construction in 1977 and had the opportunity
to work on landmark projects all around Lake Tahoe. The final project that he worked prior to
starting Mt Lincoln Construction, Inc. was the Grand Wailea on Maui. Mt Lincoln Construction, Inc.
was founded in 1991. It has been his passion to build custom homes that presented special challenges.
When he is not out concurring new challenges in construction Paul loves to ride mountain bikes.
He currently races mountain bikes at the elite national level for the Northstar Mountain Bike Team.

Rocco Rampino

Rocco attended Cal-Poly San Luis Obispo from 1970-1973, there after Rocco spent 3 years working in the structural steel trade to then return to school, to earn his BA in Industrial Arts from San Jose State University in 1979. Rocco, with his wife Susan moved to Truckee and made it their permanent home in 1980, where he joined the Mt Lincoln Construction, Inc. team in the year 2000. His work entails client relation, plan evaluation, estimating, contract development and project management. In the past, Rocco enjoyed technical rock climbing. These days during his free time you can find Rocco on a boat floating along the local lakes, or on the not so distant shores of San Diego fishing, some say his smoked Kokanee fish is the best! Janette Conradson

Janette was raised in the beautiful South Bay area town of Morgan Hill California. After college she began her career in accounting. She and her husband moved to the Tahoe Area in 1990 when her husband was hired for the Tahoe City Fire Department. (He is now the EMS Chief.) She is the proud mother of two children, a boy and a girl who are both involved in many sports and activities that keep her busy. Janette has worked in the Construction Industry for over 20 years and has seen many cycles come and go. Janette has taught seminars on construction accounting emphasizing various software programs. With a full understanding of the construction process, funding avenues and finance she is an asset to our clients and our company. In her free time (what free time?!) Janette enjoys Kayaking on Donner Lake, attending a good concert or play, reading a lot of books on diverse topics from Economics to Sci-Fi as well as traveling. She also makes a mean cheesecake……

Paul Bartolini
Project Manager

Paul has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry with a broad background in custom residential and commercial projects. He is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of pre-construction services, scheduling, and construction management. His design/build emphasis is on "green" construction, both thru design as well as construction techniques. His experience includes: responsibility for the performance of personnel, ensuring the quality of work, maintaining excellent client relationships, and performing construction phase services which include meeting and staying within budgets, estimates and schedules. He has thorough knowledge of residential and commercial building techniques, as well as timber frame and hybrid building systems. Paul, when he is not busy on the jobsite, enjoys reading, sailing, and playing his guitar---you might have already caught one of his brillant performances at some of the favorite local spots in town.

Matt Lundbeck

Matt has been involved in providing professional construction services for over 16 years throughout the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe. He grew up in Santa Cruz, CA and moved to San Diego to attend college. He worked for The Gap, Inc. in Store Development for nearly nine years which took him throughout the domestic US, Canada and Hawaii building stores. He moved from the Bay Area to El Dorado Hills with his wife and two kids, where he currently resides. Matt enjoys skiing, surfing, golfing and most importantly spending time with his family. Matt works as a Project Manager for Mt Lincoln Construction, Inc. heading the South Lake Tahoe Region, where he works with individuals that have been devastated by the Angora Fires.

Mike Mapes

Mike grew up in Grass Valley, California and began working construction at the age of 15 as a laborer during summers and school vacations for his father's construction company and other contractors in the Grass Valley area. He attended Humbolt State University and graduated with a degree in Political Science in the spring of 2004 all the while working in the framing, painting and concrete trades in order to make money for college. After graduation Michael left the construction industry for two years working out of Santa Cruz, California exporting food supplements overseas learning valuable business and project management skills. Upon his return to the mountains of Northern California he was hired by Paul Zarubin and Mt Lincoln Construction in early 2006 as a Project Manager.

Gary Cook

Gary was born and raised a Truckee resident. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in Construction Management. Gary then spent a memorable stint as the "kicker" for the Oakland Raiders, before coming back to his hometown to further pursue his career in construction. Gary has been involved in the construction industry for over 12 years, and is going strong, currently as an estimator for Mt Lincoln Construction, Inc. Besides football and the love of construction Gary can be found water skiing in the summer on Lake Tahoe's clear cool waters or speeding down one of Lake Tahoe's pristine slopes in the winter.

Carolina De La Torre

Carolina was raised and schooled in the San Francisco Bay Area. After finishing college and earning her degree in Business and Marketing she worked for various tech firms, as a Marketing Project Manager to coordinating tradeshows and events across the United States. Carolina along with her husband and two faithful four-legged co-pilots, Jack and Cha Sui Bau, moved to Truckee and made it their permanent home in the year 2000. Carolina's experience in business and marketing has provided a strong foundation for the fast paced and eclectic role as Mt. Lincoln Construction, Inc.'s Office Manager. In her down time, Carolina enjoys taking long hikes around the Tahoe-Truckee area, as well as snow-shoeing, skiing, snowboarding.
